The thematic approach to League of Legends' seasons is now in full swing, as Season 1: Welcome to Noxus is left behind in the memory of players. We look forward to the release of Season 2: Spirit Blossom Beyond, bringing back some players' favourite skin lines and themes.

The return to Ionia continues the narrative approach that Riot Games is using to tie the seasons together, and the return to Ionia was pretty much a certainty. The final Fortiche cinematic showcased LeBlanc and Vladimir speaking about Atakhan and the first lands, and it's time for players to visit there (and The Bandlewood).
